Job summary

Block Imaging is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage incoming service calls, gather repair details, and schedule engineers for client service plans. You will coordinate repairs, track activity, and ensure clear communication between customers and internal teams.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong organizational skills, and professional relationships with customers, vendors, and field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, with preference for Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, Business, or Management.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service calls, gather repair details, and schedule engineers.
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, equipment tracking, and setup of serial numbers/site IDs.
• Communicate with vendors and independent engineers, negotiate service and parts costs, and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor equipment performance, track service records and invoices, and support program profitability.
• Provide customer follow-up, resolve issues with practical solutions, and handle additional duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
