Job summary

MXR Imaging, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to bridge customers and on-site or remote service teams. You will ensure field service engineers have tickets, tools, and timely support to meet customer expectations.

You will manage SLA adherence, quotes, billing notes, and service reports while building strong relationships with radiology and imaging departments. This role requires excellent communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interaction between customers and employees that perform onsite or remote services.
• Ensure Field Service Engineers have administrative tools, tickets and support to perform their job on time.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure needs are met and satisfaction is high.
• Monitor work orders, SLA adherence and billing-related activities.
• Prepare and send quotes, track status and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Generate service reports and maintain customer engagement during and after services.
• Collaborate with Projects team to coordinate FSE availability for projects.
