Job summary

MXR Imaging, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to bridge communications between customers and Field Service Engineers for onsite or remote service. You will ensure engineers have the tools and tickets needed to perform efficiently and on time, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will monitor work orders, assist with billing notes, generate service reports, and engage with customers throughout service events. Minimal travel and adherence to safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate frequent check-ins with Field Service Engineers and schedule.
• Track work orders and SLA adherence.
• Generate and send billable quotes and follow up.
• Ensure accurate billing notes for AR team.
• Prepare and send service reports to customers.
