Job summary

NextGen Security LLC in Exton, PA is seeking an entry-level, full-time professional to support our Service Department. The role centers on coordinating processing activities and fielding inbound calls during business hours.

Responsibilities include scheduling technicians and subcontractors, scheduling service calls, coordinating site surveys and preventative maintenance, providing detailed weekly reports, tracking service activity, and requesting RMAs for parts and repairs.
