NextGen Security LLC in Miramar, FL is seeking a motivated Full Time Professional to join our Service Department. The role centers on coordinating processing activities, fielding inbound calls during business hours, and ensuring service excellence for our clients.

Responsibilities include scheduling technicians and subcontractors, scheduling service calls, site surveys and preventative maintenance, producing weekly reports, tracking calls and technician productivity, and processing RMAs for

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent degree or experience.
• Service or operational experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing activities for the Service Department.
• Field and direct inbound calls during business hours.
• Schedule Technicians and Sub-Contractors; schedule service calls.
• Schedule Site Surveys & Preventative Maintenance Calls.
• Provide detailed weekly service reports as required by clients.
• Track service calls and technician productivity.
• Request RMAs for service parts and repairs.
