Ideal candidates have a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. This full-time role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and attention to detail in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent degree or experience.
• Service or Operational experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing activities for the Service Department.
• Field and direct inbound calls during business hours.
• Schedule Technicians and Sub-Contractors.
• Schedule Service Calls.
• Schedule Site Surveys & Preventative Maintenance Calls.
• Provide detailed weekly service reports as required by Clients.
• Track service calls and technician productivity.
• Requesting RMAs for service parts & repairs.
