Job summary

Mancan Staffing is partnering with a company in Chardon, Ohio to hire a Service Coordinator. This in-person role requires strong organization, customer service, and the ability to coordinate schedules in a fast-paced office environment.

The Service Coordinator will schedule and dispatch generator service technicians, maintain customer records, create work orders, and provide excellent support to customers and field staff from our Chardon office.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office experience required.
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
• Scheduling or dispatching experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance and repair calls.
• Coordinate daily routes and service schedules.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Create and manage work orders using the company scheduling system.
• Maintain and update customer information in company databases.
• Process and track service agreements and contract renewals.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales leads.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient service operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and office staff.
