Job summary

Kanawha Scales & Systems LLC in Harrison, OH is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our Ohio operations. You will coordinate service activities, assist field technicians, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Service Manager.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong computer skills (ERP, Word, Excel), and a proven ability to multitask and stay organized. Overtime may be required; candidates must pass drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Field all service-related phone calls and efficiently schedule technicians to complete all required service work, tasks and preventative maintenance contracts
• Notify customers in advance to maintain our service schedules
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service requests, work orders, and client communication; Allocate and Schedule service technicians based on skill set, availability and geographic location to optimize service delivery and minimize response time
• Create SO’s (service orders)
• Order necessary parts to fulfill service jobs and replenish inventory
• Ensure job tickets include correct pricing information to support timely and accurate customer invoicing
• Maintain comprehensive service records, including ISO documentation and calibration certificates
• Request POs from customers when necessary
• Track technician expenses
• Manage and update the technician call-out schedule to ensure appropriate coverage
