Ohio CAT is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage the work order process, including opening headers and segments in Service Link and entering technician time and service reports. You will coordinate warranty claims and schedule PSP/PIP work while handling payroll and scheduling tasks.

The role requires strong computer skills, experience in a service department, and a commitment to exceptional customer service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a service department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage service work orders in Service Link.
• Enter technician time and service reports in Service Link.
• Coordinate scheduling of PSP/PIP work and warranty claims.
• Communicate with central warranty group and parts personnel through to claim closure.
• Perform clerical tasks including payroll and scheduling.
