Job summary

Roof Technology Partners in Woodstock, Georgia, is seeking a Service Coordinator to support daily service operations in our commercial roofing division. You will schedule and dispatch field technicians, manage work orders, and coordinate invoicing and customer communication to ensure timely service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong organization, CRM usage, and collaboration with the Service Manager to improve workflows, performance metrics, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in service coordination or dispatch.
• Experience in commercial roofing, construction, or trades is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems similar to CenterPoint Connect.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians across markets based on priority and availability.
• Coordinate daily routes and monitor progress to adjust for weather or emergencies.
• Ensure work orders are assigned, tracked, and closed with accurate documentation to CRM.
• Coordinate invoicing within 24–48 hours of job completion and support billing follow-up.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and build strong client relationships.
• Support onboarding of field staff by coordinating equipment and scheduling.
