Job summary

Advanced Roofing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Florida's largest commercial roofing contractor. This full-time role manages service cycles, dispatches technicians, coordinates schedules, and handles invoices while collaborating with client, operations, and accounting teams.

You will work daily with technicians, estimators, branch managers, and finance staff to ensure timely service delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-3 years dispatching field technicians in roofing/trade/construction preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
• Advanced customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming service, maintenance, and warranty calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Dispatch and schedule service work based on technician availability and location
• Coordinate job site access and logistics with customers, technicians, and third-party vendors
• Ensure accurate documentation for billing, including service details and photos
• Process and send invoices promptly; follow up on collections
• Maintain service schedules, dispatch boards, and maintenance agreements
