Job summary

StandardAero in Dallas is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Mobile Service Team to act as the bridge among operations, engineering, materials, sales and customers. You will coordinate transactions, manage order changes, and support field service activities to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused coordinator with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience using CRM tools and office software to track transactions and reports.
• High school diploma or GED required; Rolls Royce engine knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between operations, engineering, materials, sales and customers.
• Coordinate mobile service team activities and support field service operations.
• Prepare reports, quotes, and invoices; maintain accurate order information.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure compliance with company processes and safety policies.
• Provide back-up support to the Mobile Service Team Manager as needed.
