Aerotech, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to be the primary admin point for the Global Technical Support department, managing inbound inquiries and coordinating service requests from initiation through resolution.

This role requires strong organizational skills, customer-focused approach, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school.
• At least 1 year of related administrative experience and/or training.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GTS communications to create and prioritize new support cases.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned tickets through resolution, including training and repairs.
• Prepare quotations, process RMAs, and coordinate with production, shipping, and accounting.
