Job summary

StandardAero in Dallas, TX (or Remote) seeks a Mobile Service Team Operations Manager to lead the 24/7 MST, ensuring service excellence, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will drive planning, scheduling, and coordination across service engineers, operations, and logistics, while maintaining CRM data integrity and customer communications. A strong leadership background and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a service environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the mobile service team to meet timelines and budgets.
• Maintain positive customer relations and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Analyze data and compare to targets to drive profitability for the mobile service unit.
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, overtime, and cost control.
• Explain pricing, estimates and invoices to customers; manage expectations.
• Prepare and distribute reports and maintain data in CRM/Salesforce.
