Responsibilities

• Schedules service personnel for field assignments and coordinates related logistics.
• Processes warranty claims from distributors with accuracy and PO initiation.
• Coordinates disposition of returned material (RMA) and expedites processing.
• Handles logistics for training programs and related activities.
• Assists in collections and preparation of required reports and correspondence.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment and adheres to safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
