• Completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (includes curriculums for Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team)

• Physical ability to lift and move items as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate checkout flow and front-end operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Lead and train team members across cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team
• Assist with shift handoffs and inter-shift communications
• Monitor shrink and financial outcomes and escalate concerns
• Support community programs and employee resource group engagement
