• Completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (cashier/service desk/courtesy team).
• Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate front-end operations to ensure smooth checkout flow.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and service.
• Assign tasks to cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members.
• Monitor shrink and financial outcomes and escalate issues to leadership.
• Communicate effectively with peer leadership for shift handoffs.
• Participate in community programs and team member engagement.
• Serve as a certified trainer for team members in their span of care.
• Ensure front-end cleanliness and adherence to standards.
