Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience by leading front-end operations. You will coordinate checkout flow, maintain cleanliness and standards, and assign work to cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members to meet productivity and service goals.

You will coach staff, manage labor utilization, and resolve customer issues to drive satisfaction and efficiency across front-end operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Experience operating cash register systems and financial services equipment.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Organized, detail oriented, with a sense of urgency.
• Physical ability to lift/carry as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-end checkout flow and service desk activities.
• Lead and train team members; ensure smooth shift handoffs.
