Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (cashier, service desk, and courtesy team).
• Ability to operate cash register systems and financial services equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and sense of urgency.
• Able to lift and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoffs between shifts.
• Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift handoffs when leadership is absent.
• Coordinate actions involving shrink and financial outcomes; escalate concerns as they arise.
• Lead training and mentoring of team members within the department.
• Serve as SME for market programs and development/training initiatives.
