Job summary

Trane Technologies in Carrollton, TX, is hiring a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct resources for service agreements and repair work. You will ensure labor and materials meet financial targets while communicating with Field Technicians and Service Managers to set priorities.

Ideal candidates have a college/technical degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service on the phone, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or College/Technical degree required.
• 1 year related experience or training; or 3 years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent customer service skills on the phone.
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC/energy management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Interacts and communicates with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians.
• Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and routing them to the assigned staff.
• Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, forwards paperwork to Project Administrators, and generates reports.
