Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct resources for service agreements and repairs in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. The role includes procuring labor and materials within budget, while maintaining strong customer communication with field technicians and service managers.

Applicants should bring a college/technical degree or equivalent experience, with emphasis on customer service, organization, and familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience or training with a college/technical school degree, or three years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent customer service skills, particularly over the phone.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources and dispatch team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment per project needs.
• Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC technicians to assign/dispatch staff.
• Coordinate with Parts and Acquisition as needed.
• Investigate customer concerns and respond to special requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Create work orders, review paperwork, and generate reports.
