Job summary

Trane Technologies in Georgia is hiring a Service Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources. You will coordinate service agreements and repair work, procure labor and materials within financial standards, and interact with Field Technicians and Service Managers daily.

The role requires strong customer service on the phone, the ability to multi-task, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with 1 year related experience and/or training; or three years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience and alignment with leadership principles are valued.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills and be comfortable on the phone.
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems or Temperature Controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs.
• Communicates with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign/dispatch personnel.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and responding to special requests.
• Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, and forwards to Project Administrators.
