Responsibilities

• Call incoming leads to schedule design appointments.
• Schedule design appointments on Salesforce CRM.
• Greet clients at front desk and direct them accordingly.
• Answer phones, respond to online/email inquiries, and route communications.
• Correspond with clients and customers to coordinate services.
• Organize paperwork and receipts for accounting.
• Schedule installations and collaborate with designers to meet customer needs.
• Purchase products using our preferred vendors.
