• Correspond with designers on consultation scheduling.
• Greet clients and direct people at front desk.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to online/email inquiries.
• Correspond with clients and customers.
• Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting.
• Schedule installations and work with designers to meet customer needs.
• Purchase products using preferred vendors.
