Job summary

Closet Factory Minnesota is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join our close-knit team. You will be the main contact for customers, designers, installers, and office staff, delivering outstanding service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

• Previous customer service, scheduling, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls.
• Scheduling customer appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Working directly with clients throughout every phase of their project.
• Communicating with field personnel, including installers and service technicians.
• Resolving customer questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and entering information into company software systems.
• Tracking project details and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments.
• Prioritizing daily responsibilities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assisting the team with administrative and customer service support as needed.
