• Coordinate onsite and remote service activities across branch offices and Digital Service Center.
• Act as primary point of contact for service customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Handle incoming service requests via phone or email to create service work orders and dispatch personnel.
• Schedule resources to support standard service agreements.
• Make decisions on scheduling and movement of resources and materials based on urgency and contracts.
• Order and track parts and subcontractors to support maintenance plans and service calls.
• Evaluate time-and-material service orders for costs and scope of work and process invoices.
• Proactively follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
