Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher for an onsite role at Rosemead, CA with occasional travel to Cypress, CA. You will coordinate service activities, schedule resources, and act as the main customer contact to ensure commitments are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED.
• Ability to demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand customer service contracts.
• Experience providing administrative support to executives and senior leadership, maintaining accurate data, and delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and business software systems (e.g., SAP, Adobe).
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of onsite and remote service activities across branch offices and the Digital Service Center.
• Act as primary contact for service customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, creating service work orders and scheduling or dispatching personnel.
• Schedule resources to support standard service agreements.
• Decide scheduling and movement of resources and material based on urgency, contracts, and availability.
• Order and track parts and subcontractors for maintenance plans and service calls using the service platform.
• Evaluate time-and-material service orders for costs and scope; process invoices per standard billing practices.
• Proactively follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
