Job summary

Deeptree Inc. is seeking an on-site Operations Dispatcher to orchestrate technician scheduling, ticket routing, and SLA adherence. You’ll own the dispatch board, shield technicians’ time, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and rapid issue resolution.

You will monitor queues, provide timely updates, and partner with the Service Manager to drive efficiency, quality, and scalable service delivery for our Wasilla-based team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, dispatching, or team coordination.
• Experience with a ticketing/PSA tool (Autotask preferred).
• Strong communication and ability to juggle multiple requests.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, structured work environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the dispatch board and schedule tickets to ensure technician efficiency.
• Shield the technicians’ time and protect SLA commitments.
• Serve as the first line of communication for all inbound service requests.
• Monitor ticket queues and escalate issues early to keep work moving.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to optimize delivery and reporting.
