Job summary

Deeptree, Inc. in Wasilla, Alaska, seeks a Dispatch Coordinator to own the dispatch board, shield technicians’ time, and ensure SLA commitments are met. This on-site role focuses on scheduling, dispatching, and clear communication with clients.

You will monitor queues, escalate issues early, and work with the Service Manager to improve KPIs and overall delivery. On-site with room for growth into Service Delivery Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, dispatching, or team coordination.
• Experience with a ticketing/PSA tool (Autotask preferred).
• Own the dispatch board and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain uptime.

Responsibilities

• Own ticketing/PSA system and ensure nothing slips by.
• Schedule and dispatch tickets to maximize technician efficiency and SLA compliance.
• Serve as the first line of communication for inbound service requests via phone, email, and portal.
• Monitor ticket queues and escalate issues to keep work flowing smoothly.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to optimize delivery and reporting.
