Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with CRM tools or dispatch software.

• Mechanical or electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of service visits and daily technician dispatch.
• Prepare quotes and follow up to maximize closure while maintaining relationships.
• Open and close work orders; coordinate parts and labor for job completion.
• Communicate with customers about appointments, progress, quotes, and changes.
• Review technician timecards and service reports for accuracy.
• Support service coordination for new equipment startups and commissioning.
