Job summary

RealREPP seeks a Service Coordinator to maintain clear, frequent communication with Field Technicians and coordinate and dispatch jobs. The role also supports scheduling and delivery of products/services from qualified suppliers and subcontractors in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, invoicing, and providing labor resources to PMs and technicians for projects of all sizes, while coordinating materials, subcontractors, and equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Associate Degree (AA) preferred but not required.
• 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with COINS ERP a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage work order documents and project invoicing (A/P).
• Provide labor resources to support Project Managers, Project Engineers and technicians for large and small projects.
• Coordinate materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on needs, skill sets and availability.
• Generate, interpret and print various reports in our tracking system.
• Dispatch and coordinate Field Technicians as needed, including onboarding.
• Research and resolve expenses and reports discrepancies.
• Update and retain customer account information related to billing conditions, tax status, invoice contacts, billing addresses and billing rates; prepare execution plans for technician schedules.
• Partner with accounts receivable and Customer Satisfaction teams for projects & agreements and satisfaction management.
