Job summary

RealREPP is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure clear communication with Field Technicians and to coordinate and dispatch projects. You will assist with scheduling, coordinating materials, subcontractors, and equipment, and support project managers and technicians across large and small initiatives.

You will manage work orders and invoicing, generate reports from our tracking system, and maintain accurate customer billing information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience or training.
• Experience with COINS ERP is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch jobs and communicate with Field Technicians.
• Manage work orders and project invoicing (A/P).
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Generate and print reports from tracking system.
