Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage incoming service requests and coordinate the flow of information between customers and service staff. You will enter requests, schedule dispatches, and support the Service Department with processes and documentation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork within a professional office setting. Prior ConnectWise experience is a plus and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities are needed.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Experience with ConnectWise is a plus; background check and drug test are required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule and dispatch service staff.
• Order and expeditie parts as needed.
• Review completed tickets and verify time entries/GPS logs.
• Replenish stock for able products and ensure accountability.
• Assist with developing, implementing and documenting Service Department processes.
