Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a service coordinator to manage incoming service requests via ConnectWise, coordinating information between customers and service staff to facilitate timely resolutions.

The service coordinator is primarily responsible for taking all incoming service requests and entering them in to Connectwise. The position will coordinate the flow of information between customers and service staff in order to facilitate the resolution/completion of all service requests.

Essential Functions

• Prioritizing, scheduling and dispatching service staff;
