Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator in Columbia, MD to answer, respond to, and resolve incoming customer service calls with professionalism and speed. You will coordinate service with technicians and customers, contributing to Convergint's position as a leading service provider.

You will join a team that values integrity, growth, and collaboration. Minimum 3–5 years in call center, dispatch, or admin roles, with strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years call center, dispatch, or administrative experience
• Preferred Experience: construction industry, automation, or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
• Provide coordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated location
• May act as a lead coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor
