Job summary

Welch Equipment Company, a premier provider of material handling solutions, seeks a Service Coordinator to manage service work orders, time entry into ADP, and daily communications with customers and technicians. This role supports dispatching, maintains WIP, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Very organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders for service provided by Welch Equipment Company.
• Collect technicians' worked time and enter into ADP.
• Answer incoming calls from Customers, technicians, and other employees.
• Communicate with customers on service calls, purchase orders and invoice disputes.
• Maintain a Work In Process (WIP) according to company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams including technicians, parts, accounting, etc.
• Assist with dispatching and overflow service calls as needed.
