Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is looking to hire aService Coordinatorto join our growing service team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
As aService Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. You’ll be responsible for:
Answering incoming calls and scheduling service appointments
Coordinating courtesy shuttle rides, drivers, and pick-up/delivery service
Managing and submitting fleet business repair orders
Making occasional outbound calls to schedule recall work and generate new business
This is anentry-levelposition—no dealership experience is required. We’re willing totrain the right candidate!
To be successful in this role, you should be:
Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with basic computer software (Windows Office); able to learn new programs/portals quickly
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attendance and punctuality
Drug test required
