You will coordinate appointments, communicate with customers by phone, text, and email, and help with pick-up/delivery scheduling and mobile service coordination.

This role works closely with the Service Manager and service team to coordinate appointments, customer communication, pick-up and delivery scheduling, and mobile service experiences.

The right person will be organized, dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and able to help keep the department moving efficiently.

Requirements
