ASSC is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Fresno team. Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and controls while performing preventive maintenance and responding to service calls across the Fresno area.

You will document services clearly, communicate with customers on-site, and strictly follow safety protocols. This union position emphasizes ownership, professionalism, and a commitment to quality work in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC/R service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Team-first attitude and commitment to quality work.
• This is a Union Position.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and controls.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to service calls across the Fresno service area.
• Complete accurate, detailed service documentation and communicate clearly with customers on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on every job.
• Take ownership of your work and represent ASSC professionally in the field.
