Job summary

LivaNova PLC is seeking a service agreement support professional to draft and finalize contracts, and prepare related documents. The role involves proactive proposal generation, renewal management, and cross-functional coordination with customers, internal teams, and legal reviewers.

You will monitor contract lifecycles, respond to requests, and work toward service revenue targets while ensuring accurate billing and record-keeping in our systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Two years relevant experience or six+ years if no degree.
• Contract administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor reports to prepare and send accurate equipment service agreement proposals to customers.
• Monitor contract lifecycles and prepare renewal service agreements.
• Respond to requests for service agreement proposals and supporting documents from customers, tech service reps, and account executives.
• Help achieve service contract sales revenue targets.
• Review agreement language and notes with customers and approve or reject changes.
• Respond to a high volume of calls and emails from customers.
• Ensure contract review for all service agreement purchase orders and send final agreements with PO acknowledgments.
• Maintain service contract records in business systems and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Develop knowledge of company products to respond to service requests efficiently.
