Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Technical Customer Service representative to handle service agreements, orders, and customer inquiries for US operations. You will collaborate with marketing, field sales, logistics, and the legal team to support contract approvals and timely processing.

Responsibilities include processing renewals, maintaining dashboards, and providing pricing and lead times while ensuring data accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience, or an associate degree with 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Excellent communication and time management skills with customer focus.
• Experience supporting Field Service organizations and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Process capital equipment service agreements and renewals for US operations.
• Track, report, and review monthly service contracts and dashboards.
• Verify equipment eligibility for service contracts.
• Enter orders from multiple channels and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Provide pricing, availability, and lead time information to customers.
• Create and maintain customer accounts and records.
• Coordinate with shipping to ensure on-time delivery and order resolution.
