Job summary

LivaNova is seeking a strategic Director of Patient Support Programs to lead a US-based team delivering patient and provider services across the therapy journey. The role focuses on education, benefits navigation, and post-implant follow-up, aligning with regulatory requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

The Director will drive operational excellence, build dashboards, and oversee vendor and internal partnerships to improve patient outcomes and program efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare-related Patient Support programs.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership
• 4+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• Strong background in managed care, case management, reimbursement, and health insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PSP operations and ensure continuity of care for patients.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with goals.
• Create dashboards to monitor metrics across the organization.
• Collaborate with providers, payors, and partners to support patients.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory guidelines across programs.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage budgets and resources to support objectives.
