Job summary

Lexitas Pharma Services is seeking a results-driven Proposal and Contracts Manager to lead sponsor proposals, contracts, and amendments across CRO projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, partners, and legal to develop budgets, LOIs, MSAs, and change orders, delivering submission-ready documents on tight timelines.

The role requires at least 3 years of CRO experience in proposals or contracts and strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years CRO proposals/contracts experience.
• Experience budgeting and CO budgets.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong writing and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage sponsor proposal and contract process for clinical trials.
• Lead RFP responses with partners and internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact during contract prep/amendment.
• Manage deliverable schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information.
• Prepare budgets using internal tools with SMEs.
• Produce submission-ready proposals.
• Finalize contract documents (LOI, Start-up, MSA, COs) per templates.
• Maintain filing on SharePoint and Salesforce.
