Job summary

LivaNova in Colorado is seeking a service agreements specialist to draft proposals, negotiate terms and finalize contracts under limited supervision. The role is customer-facing and may involve complex issues requiring judgment, analysis, and initiative.

You'll monitor contract lifecycles, prepare renewal agreements, respond to requests from customers and internal teams, and help drive service revenue while ensuring accuracy in the business system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
Two years of relevant experience (six+ years if no degree) preferred.
Experience with contract administration and inside sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

Draft service agreement proposals and negotiate terms with customers.
Renew contracts and prepare related documents.
Respond to requests from customers, field reps and account teams.
Maintain contract records and ensure correct billing in the system.
Support order processing and cross‑functional inquiries.
