Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Service Receptionist for their Paramus location. The role involves greeting customers, answering calls, scheduling service appointments, managing courtesy vehicles, cashiering, and supporting office leadership.

The position is full-time with Saturday and evening availability required. Competitive pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, customer-facing roles.
• Previous dealership experience preferred but not required.
• A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• A valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the service department.
• Handle incoming and outbound calls to customers, addressing concerns and scheduling service appointments.
• Facilitate courtesy vehicle loans and returns.
• General cashiering duties, processing credit and cash payments.
• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with clerical duties as needed.
