Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Receptionist at our Ramsey, MN area dealership. The position offers a fast-paced environment with responsibilities including greeting customers, processing payments, and handling calls, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

We value 2+ years of admin customer-facing experience and a professional, detail-oriented approach. A valid driver's license is required, and prior automotive dealership exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative customer-facing roles.
• Prior dealership experience ideal but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.
• Answer and address all incoming phone calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Occasionally scan and file documents as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery process with salespeople such as contacting customers as needed for license plate pickup and other clerical duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
