Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Greeter at our Norfolk location. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, determine the nature of their visit, escort them to the appropriate department, and provide information to staff to ensure the team delivers the highest level of service.

• Time Management – ability to manage one's own time
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive
• Determine the nature of the client\'s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
