Legacy Kia of West Mifflin is seeking a energetic Service Concierge to join our Service Department. You will be one of the first and last points of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from arrival to pickup.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive.
• Record vehicle mileage and document vehicle condition.
• Introduce customers to their Service Advisor and ensure a smooth handoff.
• Pull completed vehicles around and prepare for pickup.
• Answer service calls and assist customers with basic questions.
• Send updates to customers on behalf of Service Advisors.
• Assist Advisors with customer communication and daily tasks.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient service drive.
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver an exceptional experience.
