Cumberland Kia is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join our growing service team. You will greet customers, document vehicle issues, and guide maintenance recommendations, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the service process.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a sales-minded approach to upsell when appropriate. Familiarity with dealership systems is a plus, and a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Formación

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (Kia experience a plus).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-minded with a focus on providing value to the customer.
• Familiarity with dealership systems (CDK, Xtime, etc.) is a plus.
• Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide clear communication and updates throughout the service process.
• Present and explain repair estimates, including upsells when appropriate.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
