Legacy Kia of West Mifflin is seeking a friendly and professional Service Concierge to join our bustling Service Department in West Mifflin, PA. You will be the first and last touchpoint for service customers, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival through vehicle pickup.

No automotive experience is required; we value attitude, communication skills, and the willingness to learn while growing a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly as they arrive in the service drive.
• Record vehicle mileage and assist with documenting vehicle condition.
• Introduce customers to their Service Advisor and help ensure a smooth handoff.
• Pull completed vehicles around and have them ready for customer pickup.
• Answer incoming service phone calls and assist customers with basic questions.
• Send text messages and updates to customers on behalf of Service Advisors.
• Assist Service Advisors with customer communication and other daily tasks.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-friendly service drive.
• Work with the entire service team to provide an excellent customer experience.

No automotive service experience is required-we are looking for the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Service Concierge, you will be one of the first and last people our service customers interact with. Your job is to help create a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from arrival through vehicle pickup.
